Every session is hands-on, on your setup and your questions. Individual rates are published below. For teams and companies, the shape varies too much for a price tag — let's talk.
Not a developer? These run for product managers, ops, and non-technical teams too — same method, no code required. We work in your real tools and focus on judgment and good AI habits, not syntax.
For individuals
Introductory rates while I build a public track record — named as such, not a permanent floor. Pay per session; no commitment.
Power Hour
60–90 min, screen-share. A live teardown of your Claude Code setup — one concrete win (a command, an agent, a hook, a model-routing decision) plus a "next steps" note. Watch me improve your setup live, before you pay for anything bigger.
1:1 Session
~90 min on your real setup, screen-share — we build a harness asset you keep and leave you with a tailored plan. The natural step up from a Power Hour.
4-Session Pack
Four 1:1 sessions over a few weeks, with async notes between. Go from "smart autocomplete" to running your own reliable agentic workflow end to end.
Half-Day Deep Dive
~3–4h, screen-share. We build real harness assets on your setup and leave you with a working system and a roadmap. The most direct way to move things.

- Discovery sessionA focused first engagement: I map where your team is leaving Claude Code leverage on the table and scope what's worth doing next — with prioritized quick wins. Usually the right first step.
- "Build Your Harness" workshopHalf- or full-day, hands-on: your team leaves with working commands, agents, a validation hook, and a shared mental model — built in your own setup, over screen-share.
- LLM foundations workshopHow models actually work — tokens, context, inference, training, agents — so the whole team shares the vocabulary and makes better calls. Applied or purely conceptual, tuned to where your team is.
- Group session (up to ~12)~90 min to lift a whole squad's floor together — shared vocabulary, a live build, and Q&A.
- Async auditA written, outside-practitioner assessment of your setup — context, agents, hooks, observability, cost — with a roadmap.

For CTOs & longer missions
Beyond one-off sessions, I take on fractional / advisory work at the CTO and tech-lead level and freelance missions on an established day rate (TJM), scoped per mission — an outside practitioner in the loop on your AI strategy, architecture, and team enablement. Ongoing advisory, an audit and roadmap, or a defined build mission; on-site or remote.
